This post shows you how to make easy and quick Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores.

S’mores! Unless one has a food allergy to one of its ingredients, who can actually resist a s’more? Everyone loves these deliciously sweet sandwich desserts. Melted chocolate and soft roasted marshmallow between two honey graham crackers. I mean, c’mon!
S’mores are the quintessential camping trip treat. It’s so much fun to roast marshmallows on a stick over an open flame. But you don’t have to spend the day in the wild outdoors just to enjoy a s’more. You can have them under your cozy roof – no open flame needed.
I love making these quick and easy Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores with my toddler. They’re so easy to make because they only require assembly and baking in the oven for a few minutes. It’s a quick and easy treat that you and your kids can make on a whim for a movie night or as an after-dinner treat.

What Makes These Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores So Easy to Make?
Baking these s’mores on a sheet pan for only a few minutes already makes this recipe easier than roasting marshmallows on a stick. You won’t have to worry about your marshmallow burning or charring up. Plus, it’s safer for the little ones.
However, I take it a step further by making this recipe even easier with the ingredients. You may be wondering: “How can making s’mores get any easier?” Well with my way of making s’mores, you won’t have to make caramel from scratch. You won’t even have to break the chocolate or graham crackers into squares!
If you can get all of the ingredients I mention in this post (don’t worry…they’re very easy to find at your local stores) you will be on your way to the easiest, quickest caramel s’mores ever!
I even recommend keeping these ingredients on hand in your pantry. That way, you can have caramel s’mores whenever you or your kids wish.
Honestly, these Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores are so easy, you don’t even really need a recipe. But here it is anyway, with ingredient short-cuts so you can start enjoying these yummy treats – pronto.

Ingredients You’ll Need for Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores:
- Honey Maid Fresh Stacks Honey Graham Crackers: These particular graham crackers are already cut into squares. You won’t have to take the extra step to break conventional graham cracker rectangles in half and risk breaking them unevenly (which happens to me more than I would like to admit).
- Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate & Caramel Squares: These chocolates are already square-shaped and have a delicious caramel center. You won’t have to make a separate recipe for the caramel. It’s all there in one square!
- Kraft Jet-Puffed Marshmallows: I like to use the standard sized marshmallows because I just love the way they look when they’re roasted. However, you can definitely use the square-shaped, flat s’more marshmallows to make things even easier and to prevent the marshmallows from rolling.
Tools You’ll Need for this Recipe:
- Sheet Pan: Any sheet pan that you have on hand will work just fine for this recipe.
- Parchment Paper or Silpat: I like to use parchment paper or a Silpat (silicone non-stick baking mat) whenever I bake on a sheet pan, if possible. It just makes for easier clean up is and when chocolate and/or caramel come oozing out a bit. That’s a pretty sight for hungry eyes, but won’t be pretty to clean up.
How to Make Quick and Easy Sheet Pan Caramel S’mores:
Step 1: Position an oven rack closest to the top of your oven. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Line the sheet pan with parchment paper or Silpat.
Step 3: Lay out graham cracker squares on sheet pan. Lay the graham crackers facing down since these will be the bottom part of the sandwich.

Step 4: Unwrap and place one Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate & Caramel Square on top of each graham cracker.

Step 5: Top each chocolate-caramel square with one marshmallow. If you’re using standard marshmallows, they may roll off center a bit. But that’s ok. Just try to keep them on top of the stack. The flat s’more marshmallows will do a better job of staying put.

Step 6: Put your sheet pan in the oven on the top rack. Bake for 2 minutes. You should see the chocolate begin to melt and the caramel start to ooze out. Yum!
Step 7: Keep your sheet pan where it is. Set your oven to broil at 450 degrees F. This will brown the tops of the marshmallows and give them a roasted taste and look. The marshmallows will brown very quickly (within 1 minute) so don’t step away from the oven. Keep a close eye on your s’mores, especially during this step. Once the tops of the marshmallows have turned a golden brown, remove the pan from the oven.

Step 8: Carefully top each s’more stack with another graham cracker square and gently squish down. Allow the s’mores to cool a bit, then enjoy all that yummy, gooey goodness!

Enjoy!
And there you have it! A quick and easy treat to have with the kiddos.
The great thing about this s’mores recipe is that you don’t have to limit yourself to just caramel. Since Ghirardelli chocolate squares come in a variety of flavors, you can get creative and test out making these s’mores with any of their various chocolate square flavors. The world is your oyster.
